Mark is a Program and Product Manager with extensive experience in IT solutions for law enforcement. He has led dozens of initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and promote team engagement with a focus on improving public safety through technology.

Victor Chong

Victor is a senior Solutions Architect with over 25 years of experience in designing and implementing IT systems for governments and corporations. He specializes in software architecture and systems integration in the public safety and transportation sectors.

Todd Wellman

Todd served with the Victoria Police Department for over 30 years. After retiring as a Staff Sergeant, he used his expert training in mediation to arbitrate over 600 cases at the Residential Tenancy Branch. Todd is our Lead Trainer and Customer Success Manager.
